You would think that when you have done your job long enough you would have it down blindfold. Well maybe these guys were new or else they were so bored that they didn’t even notice that they had completely blocked themselves or rather their van with the concrete blocks that they had just placed. It will truly suck for them when they have to rip them out and then put them back in!
