This story proves that you can sue anyone you want for any reason you want. The scary part is most of the time they win these incredibly stupid battles.
This 21-year-old University of Kent student says he will sue the school to recoup paid tuition after he was caught plagiarizing essays he got off the Internet. The accused’s reasoning for the potential suit: “I can see there is evidence that I broke the rules. But they’ve taken all my money for three years and pulled me up the day before I finished. If they had pulled me up with my first essay at the beginning and warned me of the problems and consequences, it would be fair enough. But all my essays were handed back with good marks.” Hope he didn’t win that fight!
This other man bought an RV and decided to take it on its first trip across the country. After many hours of driving the man placed the RV on cruise control and walked to the back to take a cat nap. He didn’t even make it two steps before the RV crashed into a ditch on the side of the road. Needless to say the man has decided to sue the makers of the RV for not explaining the proper use of cruise control. He beleived that the vehicle would drive itself. Scary thing is…he won!
